Amanda is the Co-Registered Manager at Clarendon Mews, bringing extensive experience and knowledge from her career within the care sector. Having progressed through the ranks, Amanda has developed a strong understanding of care delivery, team management and the day-to-day running of a care home. She shares responsibility for the overall oversight and daily operations of the home alongside Tara, working closely together to maintain high standards of care and ensure residents, families and staff receive the support they need.

Tara is the Co-Registered Manager at Clarendon Mews and has progressed throughout her career from a Domiciliary Carer through the ranks to a senior management role. Having worked her way through the ranks, Tara has gained a strong understanding of the care home environment and the importance of maintaining high standards of care and compliance. Working alongside Amanda, Tara has a particular focus on the regulatory and governance aspects of the home, supporting the team to meet required standards, maintain effective systems and ensure the home continues to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Jodie has been a valued member of the Clarendon Mews team for many years and provides essential support to the home as its Administrator. Working from her busy office, Jodie is often the first point of contact for residents, families and staff, providing support, guidance and a friendly presence to everyone she works with. She works closely with the management team to support the smooth running of the home and the day-to-day operations, helping to ensure that everything behind the scenes is organised and managed effectively. Jodie is a vital part of the wider team and her knowledge, reliability and continued support are greatly valued across the whole home.

Lucy is the Assistant Manager at Clarendon Mews and has developed her career within the home, progressing from a Health Care Assistant to Senior Carer and now into a management role. Her progression reflects her commitment to the residents and her continued development within the care sector. Alongside her management responsibilities, Lucy has a strong focus on the health and wellbeing of residents, working closely with GPs, nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure residents’ health needs are identified, monitored and appropriately supported.
